STEM skills are essential, both for enabling active participation in an increasingly technology-driven society and for addressing the ongoing shortage of skilled professionals. It therefore remains crucial to inspire more people to engage with STEM subjects and to support them in making informed educational and career choices. To achieve this, IngCH, with the support of its members and partners, offers a range of projects for children and young people. Through these initiatives, participants gain authentic insights into STEM professions and can discover and develop their enthusiasm for STEM. I personally serve on the IngCH Board because it allows me to contribute to the promotion of the next generation of STEM talent alongside people from a wide variety of professional backgrounds, helping to make a meaningful difference in this important field.
