In direct consultation with the school management, we develop customised formats \u2013 from one-day MINT events on site to visits to universities and practical insights into companies. The success of these short formats lies in their practicality: they can easily be incorporated into everyday school life, enable participants to experience the MINT world directly and motivate them to move onto further education. Precisely because the choice of opportunities outside the school environment is unclear, our advice offers valuable guidance for school management staff and contributes to the targeted promotion of
