This financial year, we held two more MINT days – a format that is currently attracting a great deal of interest. The success of these short formats lies in their practicality: they can easily be incorporated into everyday school life, enable participants to experience the MINT world directly and motivate them to move onto further education. Precisely because the choice of opportunities outside the school environment is unclear, our advice offers valuable guidance for school management staff and contributes to the targeted promotion of young talent.
